Welcome to Tri-Counties Truck Driving School! We are committed to helping students successfully obtain their Class A commercial driver’s license with a structured and supportive learning environment.

Enrollment Process

    1.    Complete the Application: Students can fill out the enrollment application before obtaining a Class A permit.

    2.    Obtain a Class A Permit: A Class A permit is mandatory before attending school.

    3.    Attend Classroom Training: The program includes a minimum of 120 hours of classroom instruction, covering Pre-Trip Inspections, Air Brakes, and other essential topics.

    4.    Driving Time: Students must complete a minimum of 10 hours driving practice over the road and 5 hours minimum in the yard practicing skills before scheduling their tests. Additional driving practice over the road will depend on the student’s mastery of pre-trip inspections, air brakes, and driving skills.
